I was born and raised on Colorado’s front range and live in Golden with my husband, three sons, dog, 2 cats, chickens and a couple of reptiles. I love hiking, skiing, camping, urban farming, ceramics, live music and breweries. In 2020 I began working as a doula and lactation consultant and in 2024 became an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I breastfed my own three children but I know there is no one-size-fits-all and I am dedicated to finding solutions that fit your individual family and preferences.
